Moinhos da Serra da Atalhada (Penacova)

Located on the crest of the Serra da Atalhada, this is one of the most authentic and well-preserved sites in the Penacova region. This unique cluster of 24 traditional windmills, standing in a row along the mountain ridge, offers one of the most striking landscapes in central Portugal.
